From the aspect of social responsibility, compliance, and corporate defense as a company, FIT-EASY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) makes company-wide efforts to eliminate antisocial forces under the following basic policy.

1. The Company’s entire organization, from the Representative Director down to organizations below the top management level, will take a firm stand against antisocial forces and strive to eliminate all relationships with them.

2. To prevent damage caused by antisocial forces, the Company will cooperate with the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, lawyers, and other external professional organizations, and will respond in an appropriate manner on an organizational level.

3. The Company will make utmost efforts to pay attention to whether or not the other party is an antisocial force, and if there is any suspicion that the other party is an antisocial force, the Company will take appropriate measures to dissolve the relationship.

4. The Company will not respond in any way to any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces and will take legal action, both civil and criminal, with a firm stand.

5. The Company will not engage in any transaction that would encourage activities of antisocial forces.
